The service
Secretary Ava provides an after-hours receptionist for a business. Auto Shop Ava answers from the facts that business supplied and can book an appointment or take a message.
Your facts
You are responsible for the name, hours, prices, and promises you give Ava. She may quote only an approved price and must not invent one.
Price
Auto Shop Ava is $49 per month with a 14-day free trial when Stripe billing is turned on. Cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends if you do not want the monthly charge.
Recording
Calls answered by Ava are recorded and transcribed. Ava tells the caller she is an AI assistant. The recording and the transcript are kept for that business, and a call report can be emailed to the address the business chose. Secretary Ava does not sell call recordings or personal information.
Limits
Secretary Ava does not promise that every caller will book, that a phone company will forward calls, or that a phone number is already assigned to the account.
Accounts
Keep the sign-in private. An admin role is for operating Secretary Ava and can see accounts, calls, and costs.
