Accounts
Sign up with an email and a password. A sign-in link by email is available when email sending is turned on. Each business sees only its own calls, profile, and billing.
Onboarding
Paste the business website. Ava reads it, fills in what she can, and asks only what is still missing. You can talk in the browser or type. Review the profile, then use Test call your Ava.
Dashboard
Calls lists transcripts, booked appointments, and messages, and it can search them. Settings covers the business facts, the report email, and after-hours on or off.
Billing
Auto Shop Ava is $49 a month after a 14-day free trial. Start checkout and open the billing portal from the billing page. A meter shows minutes used this month.
Phone
The phone page explains how to forward after-hours calls to the business's Ava number. The number appears only after it is assigned. Secretary Ava does not buy phone numbers without approval.
Recording
Calls answered by Ava are recorded and transcribed. Ava tells the caller she is an AI assistant. The recording and the transcript are kept for that business, and a call report can be emailed to the address the business chose. Secretary Ava does not sell call recordings or personal information.
