Secretary Ava operates this service at secretaryava.com and auto.secretaryava.com.
Account information
The account stores the email address, the business profile, the website address you paste, and the answers you give during onboarding.
Calls
A call record can include the transcript, a summary, the caller's name and phone number, the vehicle, the requested work, the preferred time, and whether an appointment was booked or a message was taken.
Recording
Calls answered by Ava are recorded and transcribed. Ava tells the caller she is an AI assistant. The recording and the transcript are kept for that business, and a call report can be emailed to the address the business chose. Secretary Ava does not sell call recordings or personal information.
Call reports
A call report goes to the email saved on the business. It includes the same call details and attaches the transcript.
Payments
Stripe processes the card. Secretary Ava stores the Stripe customer id, the subscription status, and the trial end. The card number is not stored here.
Public demo
The public Talk to Ava demo is limited by network address so a script cannot start it without limit.
Sharing
Call records are shown to the business that owns them and to an admin operating Secretary Ava. They are not sold.
How long it is kept
Account and call records stay while the account is open. This site does not yet have a self-serve delete button.
